Do you deliver ? In your own trucks?

United delivers by their own trucks or by whatever means necessary to get the material to the customer to meet their requirements (drop shipment, FEDEX, UPS, Yellow Freight, personal vehicle, etc.)

How do I get emergency service?

United has a 24 hour emergency service program that puts you in touch with a salesperson seven days a week. They have the ability to open the branch, if necessary, or they can get you in touch with the appropriate product specialist. If the emergency occurs during working hours, we will do whatever possible to correct the problem. We have been known to place the needed material in one of our personal vehicles and deliver to the site. Our 24 hour emergency service phone numbers are listed by branch. Select the branch nearest you to obtain the information.

What is your return policy?

We will take back your unused material within 60 days of date of shipment. Approval must be requested by the customer before we can accept the material. Other than warranty claims, returns will be subject to a restocking charge (if charged to United by manufacturer)
